For African builders, by African builders
Let's export products, not talents
Africa doesn't need more people trained to work for someone else. We need builders shipping their own products to the world. This is the community for that.
The mindset shift
We're not anti-employment. We're pro-building. The continent needs people creating products, not just filling roles.
- Build, don't job-hunt
- The jobs you're chasing exist because someone else built something. You can too. Create the product, create the opportunities.
- Validate with revenue
- The only validation of your product is paying customers. Not likes, not followers, not pitch decks — revenue.
- Ship globally
- Products built in Africa, used everywhere. There's no geographic ceiling. If it solves a real problem, it sells anywhere.

Africa doesn't need more talents
I believe the brain drain or japa syndrome is a symptom of a simple problem: talents are meant to go to the highest bidder.
